This $26MM expansion provides enhanced food service preparation, storage, delivery and cooking facilities to support the program.  Challenges faced, included construction of the new facility within the facility’s secure perimeter, maintaining ongoing food service operations during construction of the new facility along with the extension of existing building infrastructure to the new addition.
