RGA provided full Architectural services from Design through Construction, renovating the existing restaurant while it remained in operation. The exterior was given a face-lift and re-branded to the latest Arby’s design standards. The existing exterior fenestration and signage was replaced with a new exterior featuring Arby’s signature signage. The existing exterior fenestration included wood framed overhangs, entrance vestibules and canopies that were removed during the renovations. The existing restaurant had an existing solarium previously installed for additional seating. The solarium was not efficient & the existing glazing was failing so it was removed and the existing footprint was utilized for the new toilet rooms addition. The existing toilet rooms were removed and the space used for additional back of house storage.  The interior customer lobby, serving line, and dining area were gutted completely, including existing elevated seating areas, to accommodate a dining room décor and layout to the latest Arby’s design standards. The new toilet room addition included ADA compliant and updated toilet rooms with new finishes and fixtures​
