RGA provided full Architectural services from Design through Construction, renovating the existing restaurant while it remained in operation. The exterior was given a face-lift and re-branded to the latest Arby’s design standards. The original pinnacle window was replaced with a sleek new exterior featuring Arby’s signature signage. Much of the exterior walls were badly damaged due to water infiltration, requiring reconstruction, and the existing windows were removed and reinstalled with proper flashings.  The interior was gutted completely to accommodate a new dining room décor and layout. The toilet rooms were reconfigured to be ADA compliant and updated with new finishes and fixtures.
