5,800 s.f., addition of laboratory and office space, 3,600 s.f. laboratory renovation, and a new 5,400 s.f. farm equipment storage building. Monsanto asked R G Architects to double the size of the current research facility to meet the demand of their soy bean and corn testing capabilities.  The new addition consisted of new office space for their scientists, a lunch room and multipurpose room separated by a folding partition, new locker rooms and bath rooms and new dirty lab testing space.  The existing office spaces were also renovated with new security and technology systems, carpet, paint, and hardware.
