The Agricultural Science Renovations at the Christiana High School consists of renovations to their Food Science Lab, Animal Science Lab, Plant Science Lab & Agri-Tech Lab.  Renovations in these spaces included all new finishes from top to bottom. New ceilings, lighting, mechanical systems, flooring, paint and furniture are just a few of the many elements addressed in each space. Food Science and Animal Science lab spaces include new stainless steel mobile work stations while Plant Science and Agri-Tech lab spaces are provided with heavy-duty solid wood workbenches with plenty of storage built in below.  Renovations also provide for a new Teachers Resource Room completely fitted out with new furniture with power and technology. Finally, a complete overhaul of an outdoor courtyard space was an added bonus as it coincides with Food Science farm-to-table curriculum. The courtyard provides 6 new raised planter boxes with integrated irrigation system as well as two storage sheds for supply storage.
